Sandos; A popular style of sandwiches in Japan. At Shimi we have created a delicious style of our sandos in a crispy panko breaded tempura batter flavored in a delicious spiced seasoning with additional toppings and sides.

Our signature panko seasoned tempura batter and fried until golden brown. Served with seasonal mesclun, Asian slaw, sliced avocados, ponzu marinaded cucumbers, drizzled with our Shimi sauce, sriracha and unagi sauce served on toasted hearty toast.
